Terms of Service
This document defines the terms and conditions for using the AI fortune services provided by Hyunbit Welfare Foundation.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI fortune service (hereinafter "Service") operated by Hyunbit Welfare Foundation (hereinafter "Foundation"), the rights and obligations between the Foundation and members, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
Article 3 (Effect of Terms)
1. These Terms apply to all members who wish to use the Service.
2. By completing registration, members are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
3. The Foundation may amend these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws, and will notify members within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date of amendments.
4. If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may request account deletion.
Article 4 (Membership)
1. Registration is available through email verification or social login (Google, GitHub).
2. Members must provide accurate information; service use may be restricted if false information is provided.
3. Children under 14 years of age cannot register without parental consent.
4. By completing registration, members are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Service Description)
The Foundation provides the following AI fortune engine-based services. Each service is a paid service that consumes mileage.
Service content and pricing may change at the Foundation's discretion, with prior notice within the Service.
Article 6 (Mileage)
1. Mileage can be topped up via Toss Payments, where 1 mileage equals 1 KRW.
2. Charged mileage is automatically deducted when using services.
3. Mileage is valid for 5 years from the date of charge and expires thereafter.
4. Refunds for unused mileage may be requested within 7 days of charging; already-used mileage is excluded from refunds.
5. Mileage cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash, and may only be used within services provided by the Hyunbit Welfare Foundation.
Article 7 (Account Deletion)
1. Members may request account deletion at any time through the Service settings or customer support.
2. Upon deletion, all personal information and consultation records are immediately deleted.
3. Remaining mileage at the time of deletion is forfeited and cannot be recovered.
4. Information required to be retained by law will be stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.
Article 8 (Service Restrictions)
The Foundation may restrict service use or suspend membership without prior notice in the following cases.
- Using another person's personal information or registering false information
- Interfering with service operation or attempting unauthorized system access
- Commercially using information obtained through the Service without the Foundation's consent
- Acting against public order or good morals
- Violating other relevant laws or these Terms
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
1. AI analysis results provided by this Service are reference information based on traditional fortune-telling and do not replace professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or other fields.
2. The Foundation is not responsible for decisions made by members based on analysis results.
3. The Foundation is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
4. The Foundation does not intervene in and is not responsible for disputes between members or between members and third parties.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
1. Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In case of disputes between the Foundation and members regarding service use, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution.
3. If no agreement is reached, Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms are effective from March 20, 2026.
