We are working to establish 'Hyunbit', a non-profit foundation that provides free treatment opportunities to neighbors who cannot receive rehabilitation therapy due to financial difficulties, and eliminates blind spots in medical welfare.

Phased Development Plan
Phase 1 — Foundation Establishment Preparation & Capital Formation
Secure the basic assets (capital) needed for Hyunbit Foundation establishment approval
- Under the Hyunbit Founding Committee, recruit founders. All paid establishment preparation fees (endowments) will be used entirely as the foundation's basic assets (capital).
- Through the 'Hope Sharing Rehabilitation Project (pilot)', demonstrate the need for free treatment and record treatment videos and stories as public interest promotion materials.
- Participants are registered as 'Hyunbit Founding Committee Founders' and permanently listed as contributors to the foundation's establishment.
Phase 2 — Foundation Business Stabilization & Medical Welfare Base
Stabilize Hyunbit Foundation's core purpose projects and secure medical service cooperation bases
- After foundation establishment, form foundation business operation funds through legitimate procedures targeting supporters and participants.
- Expand rehabilitation treatment cost support projects for neighbors who cannot receive treatment due to financial reasons, and build a foundation-centered medical service linking system.
- In the long term, consider establishing a medical service provider (tentatively: Hyunbit Rehabilitation Clinic) to prepare a sustainable return model expanding free rehabilitation, social welfare, and scholarship projects.
Phase 3 — Nationwide Medical Welfare Network Completion
Build a medical welfare ecosystem combining 'treatment + sharing + education' in 10+ regions nationwide
- Standardize and spread Hyunbit Foundation's public interest philosophy and DMC integrated exercise therapy model nationwide.
- Create a structure where partner organizations in each region contribute to the foundation's social contribution programs, completing Korea's first participatory medical welfare platform that shares the right to treatment.

Business Plan Highlights
Project No. 1: Hope Sharing Rehabilitation Project (Draft)
Demonstrate the public interest and necessity of establishing Hyunbit Foundation, and build a pilot model for the future foundation's core projects. Provide treatment connection opportunities through sharing and volunteering for socially vulnerable people needing rehabilitation.
Selection of beneficiaries and filming of stories/photos, connecting rehabilitation experts (volunteers) with beneficiaries, partnering with local welfare centers and medical institutions, and conducting clinical concert-style rehabilitation education (pilot).
All fundraising activities are conducted in the form of establishment fees (endowments), strictly complying with the Act on Collection and Use of Donations. Accounting data and endowment usage details are regularly disclosed at founder general meetings with annual audits.
This project has the nature of preparation activities for foundation establishment. All medical-related activities are strictly conducted through partner medical institutions or volunteer activities in compliance with relevant laws.
